Elba Raquel
A San Jose Native, Elba Raquel has earned an AS in Design, a BFA in Illustration, and an MA in Education in Bay Area Colleges and Universities. A full time Art Teacher at Latino College Preparatory and part-time freelance artist, Elba Raquel works with many different clients, has two murals in San Jose, and is part of a live painting performance group called Together We Create. Her freelance work is recognized by her bright colors and rhythmic compositions that she describes as “fantastic realism.”
